Parker WolfFounded in July 1994, the Las Vegas Mountaineers Club was established by a dedicated group of individuals with a shared love for the mountains. We are a community of hikers, climbers, backpackers, and mountaineers—ranging from beginners to seasoned veterans—who aim to share experience and knowledge with others.
Our members lead and participate in a wide variety of activities across the local Las Vegas mountains, the Sierra range, and the coastal ranges of California and Washington:
We are committed to safe and clean outdoor practices through the Adopt-A-Highway program (managing a section of Highway 157) and the Oak Creek Trail in Red Rock Canyon. We also participate in annual trail clean-ups in the Spring Mountains and Lake Mead areas.
